BP Party Below is the delicious grub created for BP's 20th Anniversary Party. Friday August 1st, 2003 Partly Cloudy 75 degrees and a slight breeze For our BBQ, we had delicious baby back (BB) ribs, beer can Chicken, grilled corn-on-the-cob, and grilled chicken breasts. Beer Can Chicken - Check here for minimal preparation details Grilled Chicken Breasts - The chicken breasts were marinated in Italian dressing overnight, grilled and served. Nothing special. Corn-on-the-Cob - It was shucked, wrapped in foil and thrown on the grill for about 15 to 20 minutes. Here was my BBQ Setup. Note: The chicken breasts were marinated in Italian dressing overnight (no pictures because it is a no-brainer) and I forgot to take pictures of the chicken prior to putting it on our Weber Silver B grill (I love cast iron grates). |
