BBQ Setup

I began to setup the equipment about 6:30 in the morning.  I knew that I had to at least get the chimney starter going.

I brought a table from home which came in very handy.  The picnic table help too.

Next is the WSM (in the middle) which is my smoker.  I think this is a great smoker because it is rather easy to control the temp.

Finally, there is the Weber Silver B with cast iron grates.  I have found the cast iron grates have better heat retention (duh!) and held the internal temp when I need to baste the chicken.
