I call this picture "Fried Turkey FOREVER" plus some up close shots.  I took these pictures on Christmas Day.  It was pretty cold, snowy and windy in Northeast Ohio that day but it was well worth it.

I decided to use a table to block out some of the wind so the flame would not burn out.  Simple solution to a seemingly simple problem.

Also don't worry, the fire extinguisher is right under my feet in the event of an accident.
